Noel May & Associates Pty Ltd (“NMA”) recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about our clients. We retain this information only for as long as necessary to fulfil our provision of services to you and to comply with any legal requirements. Our objective is not to hold information about you that is not required to be held.

You have a right to access all personal information that we hold about you; simply ask and we will be happy to provide the information within a reasonable time period, assuming there are no legal reasons preventing us from doing so. You will be able to review this information and advise us of any necessary amendments to the data held and may even request NMA to delete any information held.

NMA strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the personally identifiable information of all our clients. We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures including restricting physical access to our offices and firewalls and using secure databases to keep personal information protected from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
NMA will not on-sell personal information to external parties. We will only provide personal information to external parties where we are required to by law, where it is reasonable for us to do so in providing services to you, or where you have expressly asked us to do so.
