ASIC fees are being increased from 1 July 2011 based on the Consumer Price Index for the March quarter 2011.
Here are examples of changes to some common fees, sourced from the ASIC website:

On 1 July 2011 there will be a further one-off increase to the annual review fee for companies and schemes (excluding special purpose companies) to cover increased costs associated with administering the national scheme. The additional fee increase is as follows:

| Proprietary companies | $1.50* | $226.50 |
| Registered schemes and public companies | $6.00* | $1,069.00 |
| A special purpose company | Nil | $42.00 |
